What clients say when it is over.
Had a great experience working with Sidhu as the mortgage advisor. The entire process was smooth, well managed, and professionally handled from start to finish. He made sure we stayed aligned with the promised timeline and navigated every step efficiently.
I was already finalizing my property when I was introduced to Ahmed Coush. From that moment, the entire journey became a seamless, hassle-free experience leading all the way to the final transfer. He efficiently managed every critical stage, from identifying the best bank rates and securing pre-approval to coordinating the valuation.
Her in depth knowledge on the mortgage process from application till approval and disbursement has made my life easy. She is a great customer service person as well since she kept on coordinating very closely until the job is done.
I would like to thank Karan for his outstanding support with my UAE home mortgage. He was very patient, responsive, and always willing to help with all my questions. His guidance made the entire process easy and transparent.
Before you enquire.
What is the difference between Ijara and Murabaha?
In an Ijara, the bank owns the property and leases it to you until you have paid for it. In a Murabaha, the bank buys the property and sells it to you at an agreed price, paid in instalments. Your specialist explains which one each bank offers.
Is Islamic home finance more expensive than a conventional mortgage?
Not necessarily. It depends on the bank and on your profile. We compare Islamic and conventional offers side by side, so you can see the difference before you choose.
Can non-Muslims take Islamic home finance?
Ask us. It depends on the bank and on your file, and we tell you which banks on our panel will consider you.
What does it cost to use a broker?
We are upfront about any fees before you commit, so there are no surprises.
