Non-Resident Mortgages
Non-resident mortgage? We handle it.
One licensed broker, 20+ partner banks, and one specialist managing your case wherever you are.
Impossible is NOT an outcome!
Built for non-residents.
Non-resident lending works differently. We know which banks handle which profiles - whether you’re buying, refinancing, switching lenders or releasing equity.
A Process That Works from Abroad
Most of the process can be handled by phone, WhatsApp and email. We tell you early if any step requires you to be in the UAE.
Banks That Lend to Non-Residents
Not every lender handles non-resident cases. We know which ones do - and which fit your transaction and profile.
Documents from your Home Country
Payslips, bank statements, business records and credit reports from abroad are read differently. We know what each bank accepts and how they want to see it.
Purchase, Refinance or Equity
New purchase, buyout, refinance or equity release - we structure the case around the transaction and the bank’s non-resident policy.
From your first message to completion.
Three stages. Your specialist tells you where you are, what happens next, and what is needed from you.
Tell us what you want to achieve

Before you share a documentWe match your file to the right banks
We check which lenders fit your residency, nationality, income and transaction type, then prepare your case for the banks where it has the strongest fit.
Avoid unnecessary applicationsApproval through completion
Your specialist manages the bank process through approval and completion - and tells you exactly what is needed from you, and when.
Through to completionHave these ready.
We do the rest. The exact list depends on the bank and on how you earn. This is what most non-resident applications start with.
- Your passport
- Proof of address in your country of residence
- Recent personal bank statements
- Payslips or a salary certificate, if you are employed
- Business accounts and a trade licence, if you are self-employed
- A credit report from your home country, where one is available
- Details of the property you are buying
Your specialist confirms the full list for your bank before anything is submitted.

What clients say when it is over.
Had a great experience working with Sidhu as the mortgage advisor. The entire process was smooth, well managed, and professionally handled from start to finish. He made sure we stayed aligned with the promised timeline and navigated every step efficiently.
I was already finalizing my property when I was introduced to Ahmed Coush. From that moment, the entire journey became a seamless, hassle-free experience leading all the way to the final transfer. He efficiently managed every critical stage, from identifying the best bank rates and securing pre-approval to coordinating the valuation.
Her in depth knowledge on the mortgage process from application till approval and disbursement has made my life easy. She is a great customer service person as well since she kept on coordinating very closely until the job is done.
I would like to thank Karan for his outstanding support with my UAE home mortgage. He was very patient, responsive, and always willing to help with all my questions. His guidance made the entire process easy and transparent.
Before you enquire.
Do I need to visit the UAE?
Not to get started. Much of the process can be handled remotely, and your specialist tells you early whether any step, such as signing, needs you or a representative in the UAE.
How much can a non-resident borrow?
It depends on the bank, the property and your income. Lenders usually finance a smaller share of the property value for non-residents, often up to 60% as lender practice rather than regulation. We tell you what your case supports before you commit.
Which countries do you work with?
We work with buyers from many countries. Some lenders restrict certain nationalities or residencies, so tell us where you live and we point you to the banks that fit.
What does it cost to use a broker?
We are upfront about any fees before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Buying from abroad? Start with sixty seconds.
Tell us where you live and what you are buying, and a specialist will call you back.
