Who We Are

This website and the LT Portal app belong to The Lending Tree Commercial Brokers L.L.C, a mortgage broker in Dubai. We are licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, licence 772091, registration 1260548.

When this page says "we" or "us", it means us. We decide what personal information the website and the portal collect and what happens to it, so we are responsible for it.

We are a broker, not a lender. We compare banks and arrange your mortgage with one of them. The bank makes the lending decision.

What This Page Covers

This page covers thelendingtree.ae: the pages you read, the enquiry form, and the phone, WhatsApp and email links on it.

It also covers the LT Portal app, which our clients use to follow their application, including the documents clients share through the portal for their mortgage application. The website and the portal share the same privacy and legal terms.

If you become a client, we share your documents with the banks you choose to apply to. We will explain that to you at the time, before we share anything.

What We Collect

When you send an enquiry

The enquiry form asks for:

  • what you want to do, such as buy, move your mortgage or release equity;
  • your residency, such as UAE resident, UAE national or living abroad;
  • your name and phone number;
  • your email address, if you choose to give it.

We also send, with your enquiry, the page you were on, the language of the site, the consent sentence shown on the form when you sent it, and the time you sent it. That lets us show later exactly what you agreed to.

When you call, WhatsApp or email us

We receive what you tell us, and your phone number or email address. A mortgage conversation usually covers your income, your job, what you already owe and the property you want. You choose what to share.

When you use the LT Portal app

If you become a client, you share the details and documents your application needs through the portal, such as identity, income and property documents. We use them to arrange your mortgage, and we share them with the banks you choose to apply to.

When you use the website

Our analytics and advertising tools collect information about your visit, such as the pages you open, the device and browser you use, roughly where you are, and how you arrived. They use cookies to do it. Cookies and Analytics below names each tool.

Like most websites, the servers that deliver our pages may also keep a short technical record of each request, such as the internet address it came from, to keep the site working and secure.

When something goes wrong

If a page fails, our error monitoring service (Sentry) records the technical fault so we can fix it. We have set it so reports leave out personal details, such as what you typed, your cookies and who you are, and it does not record your screen.

How the Enquiry Form Works

The website does not keep your enquiry. It checks the form is complete, passes it straight on, and forgets it.

  1. You fill in the form

    On any page with an Enquire Now button.

  2. Our website checks it

    Then passes it on at once.

    Kept here: nothing
  3. It reaches our CRM

    The system our team works from.

  4. A specialist contacts you

    By phone, about your enquiry.

Your enquiry goes straight to our team's client system, our CRM (customer relationship management system), where our team records enquiries and follows them up. The website keeps nothing.

Why We Use It

Meet the lawWhen a law or a regulator requires us to keep or share information.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • the services that carry your enquiry to our CRM and hold it there for us;
  • banks on our bank panel, only when you ask us to apply for a mortgage, and only the banks you agree to;
  • Google, Meta and our page analytics provider, through the cookies and tags described below;
  • Sentry, for error reports with personal details removed;
  • Cloudflare, whose security check on the enquiry form sees your internet address and browser, to tell a person from an automated program;
  • Calendly, which books a meeting when you choose a time, and receives the details you type into its booking form;
  • authorities, when the law requires it.

Our specialists contact you from company numbers. We never publish a specialist's personal mobile number.

Outside the UAE

Some of the services we use, including Google, Meta, Sentry and Calendly, are based outside the UAE, so information sent to them may be stored or handled in other countries.

How Long We Keep It

The website keeps nothing: an enquiry passes through it and is not saved.

Our CRM keeps your enquiry so we can follow it up and, if you become a client, manage your application. We keep information for as long as we need it for the reasons on this page, or for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it: see Your Rights.

Cookies and Analytics

A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. When you use this site, these tools set cookies and collect information about your visit:

ToolWhat it is for
Google Tag ManagerLoads the Google tags on our pages.
Google Analytics 4Counts visits and shows which pages people read.
Google tagsMeasure how our Google adverts perform.
Meta PixelMeasures how our Facebook and Instagram adverts perform.
Microsoft ClarityShows how pages are used, such as where people click and how far they scroll, including recordings of visits. Recordings hide what you type into the enquiry form.
CalendlyShows the booking calendar when you press Book a Meeting, and sets its own cookies inside it. Nothing loads from Calendly until you press the button.

How to block or delete cookies

  • In your browser. Every major browser lets you block cookies, delete them, or browse privately. Look under Privacy in its settings.
  • Google Analytics. Google's opt-out browser add-on stops Google Analytics measuring your visits on any site.
  • Google adverts. Turn off personalised ads in My Ad Center.
  • Meta adverts. Change what Meta uses to show you adverts in Ad Preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Blocking cookies does not stop the site working, and you can still send an enquiry.

If we show a cookie banner

Where we show a cookie banner, you can accept all cookies, reject the non-essential ones, or choose by type: Essential cookies, which the site needs and are always on, Analytics and Marketing. You can change your mind at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.

Staff who log in to manage the site also get a login cookie and, when previewing changes, a preview cookie. Visitors never receive these. The Cookie Policy explains each type in more detail.

Your Rights

The UAE's personal data law gives you rights over your information. You can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
  • limit or stop how we use it;
  • stop contacting you, at any time. Where you gave consent, you can withdraw it.

Email us with "Privacy request" in the subject, using the address under Contact Us. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act, so we do not hand your information to someone else.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, the federal data regulator.

The law is Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, in force since 2 January 2022. Source: u.ae, Data protection laws, retrieved 22 September 2026.

Marketing

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. We contact you about the enquiry you made. If we ever offer newsletters or offers, we will ask separately, and every message will tell you how to stop them.

Keeping It Safe

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). It does not store enquiries, so there is no store of enquiries on it to lose. Error reports have personal details removed. Only our team, the services named on this page and, when you ask us to apply, the banks you choose can see your information.

Children

This website is for adults arranging property finance. If you are under 18, please do not send us an enquiry. Ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead.

Changes to This Page

When we change this page, we change the date at the top. If a change affects what we do with information you have already given us, we will tell you before it applies.
