Who Pays Us
- We are usually paid by the bank when your mortgage completes.
- On some complex cases we may charge a fee. If we do, we agree it with you and put it in writing before any work that incurs it.
- You are never charged for an enquiry or a first conversation.
We Are a Broker, Not a Lender
We compare mortgages from the banks on our bank panel and arrange the one you choose. The bank decides whether to lend, how much and on what terms. We do not guarantee approval or any rate.
