This website and the LT Portal app belong to The Lending Tree Commercial Brokers L.L.C, a mortgage broker licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, licence 772091, registration 1260548.
These terms apply when you use this website or the LT Portal app. By using either, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use them. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our Role
We are a broker, not a lender. We compare mortgages from the banks on our bank panel, help you choose one, and arrange it with the bank.
The bank makes every lending decision: whether to lend, how much, at what rate and on what terms. We do not guarantee approval, and we do not guarantee any rate.
Using This Site
You may use this website to read about mortgages, work out figures and contact us. Please do not:
- use it for anything unlawful;
- copy large parts of it, or collect its content automatically, without our written permission;
- try to break into it, overload it or interfere with how it works;
- pretend to be someone else when you contact us.
What You Tell Us
When you enquire or apply, please tell us the truth and tell us everything that matters. A bank's decision depends on details such as your income, your visa, what you already owe and where your deposit comes from, and a wrong detail can change or end an application.
If something changes while we are working on your mortgage, tell us as soon as you can.
Our Fees
How we are paid is set out on How We Are Paid. In short:
- we are usually paid by the bank when your mortgage completes;
- on some complex cases we may charge a fee, which we agree with you and put in writing before any work that incurs it;
- you are never charged for an enquiry or a first conversation.
Rates, Calculators and Guides
Rates, figures and examples on this site are indicative. They are not an offer of credit, and they depend on your eligibility, the property's valuation and the bank's approval. Rates can change at any time.
The calculators apply published rules to the numbers you enter. A bank applies its own policy to your whole case, so its answer can differ.
Guides and answers are general information. They are not advice for your situation until one of our specialists has reviewed your case.
Content and Trademarks
The words, design and graphics on this website belong to us, unless we say otherwise. You may share a link to any page.
Bank names and logos belong to the banks. We show them to indicate lenders we work with, and showing them does not mean a bank endorses us.
Links to Other Sites
Some pages link to other websites, such as a bank or a government page. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Our Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and working, but we cannot promise it will always be complete, current or available.
We are not responsible for a loss that comes from relying on the website alone, without speaking to us about your own case. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under UAE law that cannot be taken away.

We may change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply are the ones shown on the day you use the site or the portal.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai deal with any dispute about them.
